The biannual service fee is non refundable for any reason You MUST provide us with a valid cell phone number or an alternative (neighbour or family member) so that clients can always reach you

Rules of engagement

Make sure that you can deliver the service you agree on. Make sure that you charge a decent fee. Make sure that you arrive at the clients house/premises at the agreed time on the agreed date. Operate with integrity and do not damage any propert of the client. Do not take / remove any thing. without the explicit permission of the client. Make sure that you inform the client if he/she must bring something to your house or premises.
